Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policies:
Cancelling Private Lessons: We ask that you make every effort to attend your scheduled private lessons. If you are unable to make your scheduled lesson time, please give us the courtesy of at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations.
If you booked your lesson online with Eric MacCluen, you may log onto smarter lessons and cancel and rebook your lessons there. You may also call Eric directly at 484-888-6611 if it is within 24 hours to make sure he has received proper notice. He often has a number of students waiting for lesson time who may be able to fill that lesson time slot.
If you booked your lesson with another instructor, you must call them directly to cancel as soon as possible. Your instructor will also be happy to reschedule the lesson at your convenience.
A NO-SHOW without the appropriate notice is totally unacceptable. The lesson time you reserved and do not attend is likely a loss of revenue from another paying client who could have filled that time slot. Therefore, you will be charged the anticipated amount of the scheduled lesson time you missed. This compensation charge will be do on or before the next scheduled lesson.
**Please be advised that instructors are not required to schedule private lesson time to make up a missed group class. A NO-SHOW of a group lesson or missed class without the proper written notice will not be rescheduled for private lesson time, regardless of the nature for not attending.
Private lessons are non-refundable!
Return Check Policy:
A $30 Returned Check Fee will be charged for every check returned unpaid by the bank. The original payment amount will be due immediately along with an additional $30 returned check fee. If we need to charge your credit card or member account a 3.95% convenience fee will be added to the total amount due. No exceptions!
