Private Lessons: All cancellations for private lessons with Eric MacCluen must be made online through smarter lessons within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time. Lessons may be rescheduled anytime Eric has availability at your convenience. Lesson reminders are sent from the online booking and therefore no-shows may me charged a fee as stated in the reminder. Prepaid lesson packages are non-refundable but will not expire. All cancellations with staff instructors must be made directly with that instructor.
Clinics by the session: All requests for cancellation must be made in writing one week prior to the start of the registered session. All monies paid with the exception of a $25 non-refundable deposit will be issued in the form of tuition credit that can be used toward any other program with Eric MacCluen Golf at Applecross Country Club. No refunds of any kind will be given if cancellation is made within one week of the session start date, regardless of the nature of cancellation.

If you are unable to attend a class please notify Eric MacCluen via e-mail: maclesson@aol.com as soon as possible prior to the class to find another class day/ time during that same session to attend. If the class cannot be made up during the same session we will make every effort to complete a missed class or classes in a reasonable time frame for both parties. However, we will not reschedule a missed class or classes past the current season. Please be advised that instructors are not required to schedule private time to make up a group class. A NO-SHOW without written notification prior to the missed class will not be rescheduled, regardless of the nature for not attending.
Summer Camps: We ask that you make every effort to attend your scheduled camp days. Each camp day is a building process and consistency does make a difference with your progress. The unpredictable summer weather, the availability of the many practice areas around the facility, and the varying course schedule determine daily activities so that each day offers a different and unique opportunity to learn and get better. Thus, a Wednesday one week may have the campers on the course playing a few holes yet put on video in the Learning center the next week.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled camp week or individual day please notify EMG via e-mail to : hollymaccluen@yahoo.com as soon as possible prior to that week/day to find another camp week/day to attend. The courtesy of one week prior to the registered week or 24 hours prior to the day is required. A missed camp week/day without written notification within the required time frame previously noted is considered a NO-SHOW and will not be rescheduled, regardless of the nature for not attending. Please be advised that we will make every effort to reschedule the missed week/day at a suitable time for both parties. However, we will not reschedule any camp week/day past the current season. A $25 change fee applies for a rescheduled week and a $5 change fee applies for each rescheduled day. This fee will be due at drop-off of the newly scheduled week or day.
